Event Space

There are various sites offering flexibility for a variety of events, including sales promotions, roadshows, new product launches, sampling events, data capture, workshops and demonstrations.

All sites are approximately 3m x 2m and open to all weather elements.  We are also able to provide power (depending on availability).

We have numerous opportunities which include, A1 Poster advertising in strategic locations around the mall. A0 Poster advertising in our public toilets, and A0 poster sites on both our short and long stay carparks car parks. This ensures your message is delivered to our customers at key points throughout their retail journey.

If you wish to hold a charity collection at New Square then you will need the written consent of New Square management. This should be requested from the management team at least 2 weeks prior to the proposed collection date(s).

When you make a request, you will need to provide details of proposed collection dates and times, number of collectors, nature of collection, a letter of authorisation from the charity, a copy of charity registration number and sample of its literature.

Collections should not be made in such a manner as to inconvenience or annoy members of the public. A collector should therefore remain stationary and allow visitors to choose of they wish to donate or not.

In cases where there is more than one collector, they must be clearly apart. We also try to only allow one charity on site at a time.

Collectors must comply with any requests from New Square Centre Management and security staff in respect of location, manner of collection, technique etc.

The management of New Square reserves the right to ask any and all, collectors to remove themselves from our site should any of the rules and regulations be broken.

Please note that New Square is situated on entirely private land managed by Savills, so if you want to do any activity, sell anything, take photos (e.g. advertising, news etc.) busk, dance or anything else you’ll need to ask the management team for permission, ideally well in advance.

We reserve the right to refuse permission, entry and access with management’s decision being final. We always try and help though!

The centre is covered by 24 hours CCTV cameras and staff. We will not tolerate anti-social or criminal behavior and work with Sandwell police and council along with other agencies on a daily basis to deter and detect crime to keep our shoppers, stores and staff safe.
